Grazing
Grazing is a style of eating where a variety of small plates or snacks are consumed over a longer period of time, rather than having a traditional three-course meal. This type of eating is often associated with charcuterie and cheese boards, where a variety of cured meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and spreads are arranged for guests to pick and choose from throughout the course of a gathering or event. Grazing is becoming increasingly popular for its social and relaxed atmosphere, as well as its ability to accommodate a variety of tastes and preferences. It is often seen as a more flexible and enjoyable way to dine, allowing guests to sample a variety of flavors and textures at their own pace.
